Return All Subsystems and Their Roles in BV-BRC

p3-all-subsystem-roles [options]

This script returns the IDs of all the subsystems in the BV-BRC database and their roles. There will be one output line per subsystem/role pair. It supports standard filtering parameters and the specification of additional columns if desired.

Parameters

There are no positional parameters.

The command-line options are those given in Data Options plus the following.

• fields

List the names of the available fields.
